Norman Elphinstone Jackson

Norman was born in 1873 at Handsworth, Birmingham. In 1891 he was employed as a bank clerk. Later he moved to West Bromwich and lived at 97 Pratt Street. He died at Birmingham Road, West Bromwich in 1936.
